Balakrishnan Ranganathan – Managing Director and CEO
Balakrishnan Ranganathan is the CEO and MD of ExcelAsia IT Consulting. He is the driving force behind the company’s performance. Prior to starting ExcelAsia, Bala was responsible in developing a startup offshore software organization from the scratch and was successful in making the organization reach the two million mark in less than two years. In his total career span of 27 years he has worked for leading companies in Plastics and Pharmaceuticals sector and later began his career in IT and has held various management positions in IT sector for the past 13 years. Bala has led ExcelAsia in several important initiatives pertaining to advancing the company’s future to achieve its vision of becoming the preferred vendor for software outsourcing.
Bala’s passion apart from ExcelAsia is teaching and reading. He has taught and given lectures in many reputed colleges and universities throughout India. |

Rajesh PR – CTO & VP Partnerships
Rajesh is the Chief Technology Officer at ExcelAsia IT Consulting. His responsibilities include management of ExcelAsia’s overall offshore operations with an additional focus on strategic planning and new business development. He has over 10 years of experience in complete life cycle of commercial application software development & implementing various commercial applications across all platforms. Worked with big names in the IT industry like Satyam, Cognizant, Tesco, iSOFT, etc…
Rajesh oversees ExcelAsia’s technology strategy and the delivery of enterprise business solutions, focusing on meeting the needs of consumers and providers.
Rajesh has a passion for traveling and shows keen interest in software programming. Rajesh has an uncanny affection towards dogs which makes his favorite past time. |

Pooja Sanghavi – VP-Operations and Business Development
Pooja serves as VP-operations and Business Development of ExcelAsia IT consulting and her responsibilities include Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Strategy and Partnerships. Pooja is a seasoned business woman who is very familiar with the Far East segment , her home being Singapore. Pooja has been driving the companies brand by writing and through her participation in conferences & conventions.
Prior to joining ExcelAsia, She was heading an event management firm in Singapore and has successfully coordinated many events for large corporates. |
